I’m a Montreal native whose work has appeared in Women’s Health, Allure, STYLE Canada, and Yahoo. I cover lifestyle in all its forms—beauty, home, mental health, and relationships, always with the goal of making stories feel both relatable and impactful.
My path to writing wasn’t exactly planned. In 2014, I signed up for a creative writing class to fill a gap in my schedule, and thanks to a teacher named Harold (wherever he is), I discovered that writing was more than an assignment—it was a calling. From then on, it became my way of self-expression, scribbled across loose pages, tucked into half-finished journals, and always living in my messy mind.
In 2018, I earned my B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Professional Writing. Soon after, I interned as a blogger at 94.7 HITS FM, every Montreal millennials’ go-to radio station at the time. I’ve worked in marketing and publishing across industries like automotive, aviation, and beauty.
I completed a diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management in 2024, adding a new layer of strategy and storytelling to my work.
I find joy in all things nostalgic. Like the way we used to celebrate Christmas in the ’90s and early 2000s, or family sitcoms that always ended with a life lesson at the end of an episode. I love writing at cozy coffee shops, hands wrapped around a warm mug watching the leaves turn in the fall or the first snowfall covering the streets.
